Clifton Banner

Scot is a proud Scotsman training for the Scottish team going to the Commonwealth Games in India 2010 it is a great opportunity for CISM to work with a up and coming star like Scott.
Scot specialises in the following events: Discus, Highland Games and Strongman Competitions which all require a great deal of physical power.

Scot is the leanest Discus thrower and Highland Games Athlete around; he weighs 104kg (16st 5lb) is 194cm (6ft 4) and is only 10% body fat. Less than half of a typical discus thrower/strongman!! I.E He doesn’t look massive and causes great upset when defeating the favourites.
